*Please note that the ZONE speaker is designed to reproduce music as it was intended. Therefore, ZONE speaker does not attempt to correct poor audio quality, as many other speakers do. If the music is recorded in poor quality (such as many streaming videos), then the sound will also sound worse. You can bring music to life by playing music from high-quality sources!

*Please note that before using the ZONE speaker for the first time, please allow the ZONE speaker to charge fully with the power turned off. A red light will appear on the USB port to indicate charging, and a blue light will appear when the battery is full.

*Please note, however, that water can block the side speaker openings of the ZONE speaker, causing the sound to sound muffled. The easiest way to remove water is by blowing the water away.
